Right now I’m working on concepts for the re-branding and packaging of beautiful hair care line, Donna Marie. The products are all natural and created especially for kinky, curly and wavy hair types. Ingredients like Macadamia oil and Cupuacu Butter make them sound very appealing, don’t you think? More coming soon!

‘Parker’ is the most recent invitation design to join the Wedding Stationery Design Co family. It has a modern feel and comes in lovely bright colours, which brings a fun element to what is usually fairly conservative. Check out Parker and more from the WSDCo. team.

I’ve just finished working on this illustrated portrait for New York based producer/beat-maker, Since ’87. The brief was to create a character which was half-human, half-Beast (from X-Men). It was definitely a challenge but really quite fun to work on. Check out the results.

Another project I’m working on is an iPad app for ‘Dr Hudson’s Speed Thinking’. Speed Thinking is a brand new way of creating ideas in a much shorter amount of time, so it’s a very interesting project to work on. Check out more about Speed Thinking and keep your eyes peeled for the app release!

This is an illustration I’m working on of hip-hop/soul artist D’Angelo. I really like this image of him – it’s as if he is screaming with passion, or perhaps despair. This is being done with a few spray paint brushes in Photoshop. Keep your eyes peeled for an update!

This design features an image of hip-hop/soul singer D’Angelo and an extract of lyrics – ‘want the pie’ – from his track ‘Devil’s Pie’. The artwork was done using a Wacom, experimenting with spray paint and watercolor brushes in Photoshop.

This sneaker design incorporates one of my favourite mantras ‘You have the power to design your own life’.

This is the first cover of AV Magazine, illustrated by Jane using her Bamboo Fun. It has been featured on a number of web sites including one of our faves: Designers Couch. Next issue cover will feature singer D’Angelo so keep your eyes peeled.

Adidas Superstars illustration by Jane Abma featuring some of her favorite comic and manga film characters such as Tank Girl and Jubei from Ninja Scroll. The sneakers are from the Adicolor Collection and were illustrated using Adicolor paint pens.
